Simply Superb Catering.

Buninyong Fine Foods hand creates cakes and desserts with an emphasis on developing a range of liquored fudge cakes for local and export markets.

The liquored fudge cakes were launched at Taste of Victoria’s Harvest Picnic held at Hanging Rock. They have been exported to New Zealand and are distributed nationally.

Simply Superb is a catering business established over a number of years. We operated in Brighton, Melbourne for approximately 10 years and then took up residence in Perth where we were able to use and experience the wonderfully fresh unique ingredients available on the West Coast of Australia. Now we have moved to country Victoria to take advantage of a lifestyle change.

Our catering business offers a wide range of menus which are tailored to suit each and every client. We take advantage of local produce from the Victorian Goldfields region where we can, and always seek to use the freshest of ingredients available in the market.


Tony has been in the hospitality industry for more than twenty-five years, cooking at some notable places including the following Melbourne Restaurants: Fanny’s, Florentino’s, Hilton Hotel and Jamaica House. Tony has cooked at numerous hotels and restaurants from Surfers Paradise to Cairns to Burswood Resort Casino in Western Australia.

At a Victorian T.A.F.E. College, Tony taught Hospitality for ten years and was responsible for organising numerous culinary workshops for the region.

Always keen to continue learning and developing his skills,Tony recently participated in the Gold, Grape & Grampians as a team member. The team highlighted the best of Ballarat’s regional produce & wines.
